Remember, it's best NOT to bag your recycling in your recycling bin -- if it looks like trash, the recycling collectors may not take it!

See below for a list of curbside recycling items.

 

 The following items can be recycled at curbside:

GLASS

Glass bottles, food jars (any color)

CARDBOARD &

PAPERBOARD

Corrugated shipping, appliance and storage boxes (flattened), milk and juice cartons, cereal boxes, tissue boxes

METAL

Steel cans, bi-metal cans, tin cans, aluminum cans, aluminum pie plates, aluminum food trays, empty aerosol cans

PAPER &

JUNK MAIL

Newspapers, phone books, office paper, flyers, catalogues, magazines, wrapping paper, mixed paper, bagged shredded paper

PLASTIC

All bottles, narrow-neck plastic bottles (examples: milk jugs, bleach and detergent, shampoo bottles) food containers, cups, crates, large toys, flowerpots. Grocery bags (only if bagged together and tied)
