On June 1, the Town of Middletown launched a budget billing program
for utility payments.
Budget billing allows residents to iron-out fluctuations that affect monthly bill payments throughout the year, thus making it easier for
them to plan expenses.
Eligible residents will have the ability to make fixed monthly payments
based on the average of their previous 12 months of utility bills.
