-- Delaware Gov. Jack Markell signs a proclamation for the Town of Middletown

declaring July 16, 2010, as "Spray Irrigation Day" in the Town of Middletown. The

Town unveiled its new spray irrigation program that day for the governor and guests

at Levels Road Park. The Town is now providing about a million gallons of "treated"

wastewater daily to two local farmers, recycling wastewater in a new, "greener" way.
