|Date:||May 25, 2012|
On Monday, May 21, Middletown Police responded to the 300 block of N. Broad Street to assist officers with the Office of Probation and Parole in the apprehension of a parolee. P & P officers located Levin Lloyd, 27, of Reybold Drive, Middletown, who is also a Registered Sex Offender, in the area of an apartment complex at the above location. As the P & P officers approached, Lloyd fled into a second story unit. He then attempted to exit the apartment through a second floor bedroom window, but was apprehended by P & P officers prior to MPD’s arrival.
A subsequent search of Lloyds person resulted in the location and seizure of suspected Crack Cocaine. A search warrant was obtained for that location, which resulted in the seizure of 0.6 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine and $836 in U.S. Currency, by MPD Detectives.
Additional warrants are on file for another occupant of the apartment.
Lloyd was committed to the Howard Young Correctional Facility on $1,250 cash only bond.
