CPR saves life in Acme

On April 16, at about 11:40 a.m., Middletown Police responded to the ACME Supermarket, 460 E. Main Street, Middletown, for a report of a CPR-in-progress involving a 53-year-old male, who had collapsed in the rear of the store.
Upon the officers' arrival, they discovered that store employees had started CPR on the unresponsive victim. Officers Fabbroni and Misino administered their assigned Automatic Defibrillator Device to the victim and continued CPR until medical assistance arrived. The victim was transported to Christiana Hospital, where he is recovering.
The quick actions of the store employees and officers definitely saved the life of the victim.
