Residents report suspicious activity, results in drug arrest

On Aug. 29, Middletown Police executed a search warrant in the 100 Block of Vincent Circle, Middletown Village. Police had conducted surveillance in the area after receiving numerous complaints from residents in reference to subjects loitering in the area and possible drug activity.
Officers arrested Webster Reed, 26, of Vincent Circle, Middletown, for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana, 4 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a Child (a child was in the residence) Reed was arraigned on the above charges and was later released on $11,200.00 Unsecured Bond.
