Middletown Trick-or-Treat times
Trick-or-Treating in the Town of Middletown will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 31 (Halloween) from 6 to 8 p.m.
A 9 p.m. curfew will be in effect for anyone dressed in a Halloween mask or costume.
A 10 p.m. curfew will be in effect for all children 16 years of age and younger.
