Police ask for public's help to locate suspect

   Donny SkinnerOn Sept, 15, at about 10:33 a.m., OFC Dawn Misino was patrolling the area of E. Main Street and Dickerson Boulevard, Middletown, when she observed a silver Ford Mustang with an expired PA temporary tag.  She also observed that the operator of the vehicle was not wearing his seat belt.

   OFC Misino followed the vehicle onto Dickerson Blvd., where she initiated a traffic stop. The operator of the vehicle, later identified as Donny Skinner, Jr., 28, of Newark, made an immediate U-turn and accelerated away from the officer and onto Cleaver Farm Road.

   OFC Misino was able to observe the vehicle commit multiple traffic violations as it traveled at a high rate of speed through the Millbranch neighborhood, ultimately exiting onto northbound Cedar Lane Road. The mustang continued northbound on Cedar Lane Road and crossed Marl Pit Road, where Skinner threw a black case from the passenger side window of the vehicle. The case, which was actually a small metal safe, contained a large quantity of marijuana.

  Warrants were obtained for Skinner on the above listed charges.
