Couple charged with robbery, offensive touching

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at about 5:30 p.m., the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force assisted the Middletown Police with the apprehension of Stephen Grabowski, 31, and Heather Zurfluh, 23, at their residence (100 Block of Richards Drive, Wilmington) on outstanding robbery warrants. Both were taken into custody without incident and brought to the Middletown Police Station.
On Oct. 31, 2012, at about 2:40 p.m., Grabowski and Zurfluh pulled their vehicle behind a victim’s vehicle at 454 E. Main Street, Middletown, with a child seated in the rearr of the victim vehicle. Grabowski and Zurfluh then assaulted the victims (who they know) and fled with $420.
Grabowksi also had an outstanding Court of Common Pleas Capias.
Grabowski and Zurfluh were charged with r<span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;" ar-sa;"="" en-us;="" roman";="" new="" "times="" times="">obbery second degree, conspiracy second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, offensive touching, menacing, terroristic threatening and were arraigned. Their bail was set at $8,750 unsecured. They were also ordered to have no contact with the victims.
