Main Street Valero robbed, money, cigarettes taken

Masked Robbery

On June 17, 2016, at about 1:08 a.m., the Middletown Police responded to the Valero, 38 E. Main St., Middletown, reference an armed robbery. Two masked men, one in possession of a hand gun, entered the business and demanded the money from the cash register and any additional money in the office area. The suspects removed United States Currency and cartons of cigarettes. The suspects were described as two black males, approximately 20-25 years old, with a heavy-set build. One subject was wearing a white and pink snow cap, gray shirt and pink gloves. The other suspect was observed wearing a white long sleeve shirt and blue pants. The suspects were observed fleeing on foot toward the area of South Broad Street.
