Sports Complex RFP opens

The Town of Middletown, DE is accepting proposals to allow for the construction, maintenance and operation of a multi-field sports complex on approximately 108 acres of publicly-owned land on Levels Road (portion of Tax Parcel 23-043.00-001).
Interested parties can obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals by contacting the Town Manager via email at mdeputy@middletownde.org
Deadline for submission of proposals is Friday, June 1, 2018, at 12 noon. (EST).
