The Mayor and Council of Middletown will host a Public Hearing on Monday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 19 W. Green Street, Middletown, for discussion of the proposed mobile food vendor ordinance. All residents, businesses and property owners are welcome to join in the discussion.
