    The annual Middletown Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. The parade will step off at Everett Meredith Middle School on South Broad Street, travel up Broad Street to West Main Street, where it will travel westbound and turn left onto South Scott Street. Upon arrival, the 21-year-old subject was found not breathing and unresponsive from an apparent heroin overdose. Officers on scene administered Naloxone to the unresponsive subject.
