    On Sept. 30, 2016, at about 8:31 p.m., Middletown Police were dispatched to the area of Foxtail Lane in reference to a report of an overdose. Upon arrival, the 21-year-old subject was found not breathing and unresponsive from an apparent heroin overdose. Officers on scene administered Naloxone to the unresponsive subject.
