Designer Showcase House (spring fundraiser)

A house is chosen in the historic district to be renovated by
 local designers and craftsmen. When it's completed, tickets
are sold to the public to tour the house. This year's renovation
will be the former "Hattitude" business location on West Main

Volunteer Recognition Party (spring)

This party is held so that MMS can recognize and thank all of the volunteers who participated in the year’s events.

Easter Bonnet Contest (Saturday of the week before Easter)

Middletown Main Street's first Easter Bonnet Contest will be held this year: Saturday, April 4, on Cochran Square, Middletown, from noon to 2 p.m. Make your best Easter bonnet and come show it off. Starting at noon, you will be judged (18 & under, 19 & over) and prizes will be awarded.
At 1 p.m., an Easter egg hunt will be held in Forest Presbyterian Church Parking lot for children 10 & under. (For this event, Middletown Main Street will be partnering with the Middletown Jaycees)
At 2 p.m., a Mother & Child Tea will be held in the newly renovated Annex next to the Everett Theatre. Please call Purple Sage at 378-2123 for tickets.

“Evening of the Arts” series  ( 3rd Fridays in June, July and August)

MMS has music on Cochran Square and other locations on Main Street, free beer and wine tastings in participating shops. Local vendors and organizations set up tables along Main Street.

Trick or Treating (Thursday before Halloween 5 to 7 p.m.)

Police and Fire departments offer safety tips. Reflective bags are given to each child to use to trick or treat in the shops. Meet us at Cochran Square.

Victorian Stroll and Parade (Saturday before thanksgiving)

Parade starts 10 a.m. Victorian Stroll events start 11 am. We have pony rides, ice skating, reenactments, carriage rides, roasted chestnuts and strolling carolers. Craft and food vendors are located at the M.O.T. Jean Birch Senior Center.
