Town Ordinances

    Ordinances to be discussed at a Town Council meeting will be posted at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting. The Mayor & Council welcome comments on our proposed Town ordinances.

    The following ordinance will be discussed and voted upon at the April 5, 2010, meeting of Mayor and Council. The ordinance was introduced during the March 1, 2010, meeting.

    Ordinance 10-03-01 -- An ordinance to amend the 2005 Town of Middletown Comprehensive Plan regarding "Map 6, Future Land Use."
